2. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide directly, the content you choose to upload, and service records created while you use Amigo. That can include profile details, posts, reports, and other safety records, media uploads, purchase records, support requests, and selected AI input photos.

• Profile details and account preferences.
• Photos, captions, and other uploaded content.
• Selected AI input photos and the makeup or adjustment settings you choose. Those photos may contain visible facial features, face shape, eyes, nose, lips, skin texture, hairstyle, body pose, clothing, background, and other personal visual details present in the image.
• Purchase, billing, support, moderation, and safety request records.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate Amigo, display community content, provide profile and publishing features, process support requests, review safety reports, and improve product quality. We also use relevant records to prevent abuse, enforce community rules, and respond to legal obligations. If you choose an AI Preview feature, we use the selected photo and chosen settings only to generate the preview or edit result you request, show that result in the app, let you save or share it if you choose, and maintain local history on your device until you delete it.

4. Face Data and AI Inputs

When you choose AI Preview or Face Refiner, Amigo presents a consent prompt before any selected photo is sent for cloud processing. The selected photo may include face data such as visible facial features, facial geometry, eyes, nose, lips, skin texture, and hairstyle that appear in the image you intentionally choose. We do not use this information for face recognition, identity verification, biometric profiling, or unrelated advertising purposes.

5. Third-Party AI Processing and Storage

To complete AI Preview or Face Refiner, Amigo sends the selected photo and the chosen makeup or adjustment settings to Alibaba Cloud DashScope (dashscope.aliyuncs.com) for cloud processing. During processing, those inputs may be handled in the provider's cloud systems so the provider can return the requested edited image. Amigo does not keep the source face photo in its own long-term server storage for AI processing. Third-party recipients are required to provide the same level of protection or equivalent protection for the data they receive.

6. Face Data Retention and Deletion

Selected AI input photos are sent only for the active AI request you choose. Provider task data and returned image links may remain available for up to 24 hours during processing and delivery. Generated preview or refiner results, together with any related AI history saved by the app, are stored locally on your device until you delete an entry, clear local history, remove your account, or delete the app. If you save a generated result to Photos, that saved copy remains in your photo library until you delete it. 7. Camera, Photo Library, and Saved Images

The app requests camera access only when you choose to capture a photo for a post, profile image, or AI Preview input. The app requests photo-library access only when you choose to import an image for a post, profile update, or AI Preview. The app requests add-to-library access only when you choose to save a generated preview or other user-initiated image output back to Photos.

8. Audio Processing

If microphone access is requested by the app, it is requested only after a user-initiated action that needs audio input and only for the duration needed to handle that request. Microphone-related data is not used for identity verification, biometric profiling, or unrelated background collection.

9. Purchases and Billing

If you choose an in-app purchase, we process purchase and billing records needed to deliver purchased AI Credits, restore eligible transactions, handle support, and prevent fraud. Payment processing may involve Apple App Store records and our internal purchase logs.

10. Community Access and Terms Acceptance

Before you register, log in, post content, or use community features in Amigo, you must review and accept the app's EULA or Terms & Conditions. That agreement explains that there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users and remains part of how community access is governed.

11. Community, Safety, and User Content

When you create posts, profile content, comments, reports, or other community activity, we collect, process, store, display, share, and moderate that user content as needed to operate the service. We may review content and account behavior to investigate reports, enforce rules, and keep the community safer. We aim to review objectionable-content and harassment reports within 24 hours, although some cases may require additional investigation time. We may block abusive accounts from appearing in community surfaces or interacting through supported community features, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when necessary to enforce service rules and address safety concerns.

12. Tracking, Analytics, and Advertising

If tracking-related permissions are available, we may use tracking, analytics, and advertising measurement signals to understand campaign performance, detect abuse, and improve service delivery.

13. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure partners, customer support tools, payment processors, moderation or security vendors, map providers, and other service providers that help us operate the app. Those providers may only use the data for the services they perform for us. For AI Preview and Face Refiner, this includes Alibaba Cloud DashScope as the third-party image-processing provider described above.

14. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain account history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the community. Reported user content, related account information, and moderation records may be retained for at least the time needed to complete a typical initial 24-hour safety review, and longer when needed to investigate repeat abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

15. Your Rights and Choices

You can decline Face Data Consent and the AI feature will not run. You can update profile information in the app, change permissions through device settings, delete saved AI history on your device, remove your account, and contact support@amigo.beauty if you need help with deletion, account access, privacy questions, or other rights requests.

16. Children's Privacy

Amigo is not directed to children. If you believe a child provided personal information or community content without permission, contact us so we can review the issue and remove the data where appropriate.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the policy date and publishing the revised version on this page.
